Meet the Teachers
Ms. Anna has been working in the education field since 2006 and has been at Little Comets since opening in 2019. She's taught children from infancy all the way to middle school and has been our center director since 2021. She has loved being able to grow with the company.
Ms. Anna has been married for over 10 years and they have a home filled with rescued furbabies. During her free time, she loves swimming, reading, crafting, and watching baseball and football.

Ms. Savanah started as a lead 3 and 4-year-old teacher in 2018 at our previously owned center in Elkhorn. After having her daughter in 2020, she transferred to the Delavan location and became the assistant director in early 2023. Her favorite parts of the day are when she gets to sneak out of the office for some fun in the classroom and on the playground with the kiddos.

During Ms. Savanah's free time, you can usually find her outside, going on adventures with her daughter, Brynlee, and their dog, Dozer.

Ms. Hannah was a nanny for many years before making her way into the early childhood field. She has been our lead infant teacher since 2023. She believes in teaching independence in a nurturing way and cultivating real-life skills by implementing them into her curriculum.
Ms. Hannah loves all things that require creativity but really enjoys painting, hiking, and playing instruments in her free time.

Being the oldest of 5 and now a mama to 1, Ms. Lexi has always known she wanted to be a teacher. Luckily for us, she chose to carry out her dream at Little Comets! Ms. Lexi has been one of our 2-year-old teachers since the beginning of 2024.
In her free time you can find her playing at the park with her son, Jasper, at car events with her family, or taking family walks with their 2 dogs!

With over 20 years of experience working in childcare centers and her very own in-home daycare, we were delighted when Ms. Lori joined our team part-time in 2022. Ms. Lori is the lead float teacher for our preschool and school-age rooms and is also our lead staff trainer.
When she is not teaching, she is likely spending time with her 3 adult children and her 4 grandchildren, whom she also cares for on the days she is not at LCLC.

Assistant Toddler Teacher
I am currently a senior at Delavan-Darien High School. I work at Little Comets part-time during the school year but am here full-time during the summer as an assistant float teacher. I've always enjoyed babysitting and spending time with my younger cousins, so working with young children has become a passion of mine. I can not wait to finish high school so I can join the Little Comets team full-time and maybe even have a classroom of my own someday!
